Our Employee Standards:

Grace and Mercy Home Healthcare must meet the State and Federal Standards of Home Healthcare.  Our Employees are screened and must meet the following requirements:

1. Drivers License and proof of current car insurance

2. Social security card

3. A ten (10) year driving record

4. A recent 2 step record of PPD (TB test)

5. Any certificates relevant to the job applied for (CPR, first aide. Etc.)

6. Nursing License (if applicable)

7. CNA Certification (if applicable)

8. SLED background check; We will not hire anyone with pending criminal charges or a history of felony charges and/or convictions!

9. Verifiable character references (non-relative)
